Kyle & Annie's Bio:

Kyle and Annie were both raised in Christian homes in southern Ontario. In her early teens Annie knew that she wanted to be a missionary, and began reading biographies about foreign missionaries. After high school graduation Annie pursued ministry training, first working with inner city youth with Urban Promise Toronto, and then attending the 2003 School of Ministry at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship. While at the School of Ministry, Annie first heard Heidi Baker speak, and God broke her heart for missions. In 2006 Annie attended the Holy Given School of International Missions in Pemba, Mozambique.

Kyle was happily working in the animation industry until the Lord spoke to him in early 2006. It was made clear to Kyle that he would not work in that field the rest of his life and that he was called to ministry. This started a long season of waiting and preparation, where God slowly placed missions on Kyle's heart. It was during this time that Kyle went on his first trip to India (2007). The trip both challenged him and broke his heart in many ways.

In May 2008, Kyle and Annie were married, and only two weeks later departed for a three month mission trip to Nepal and India. While there they travelled and volunteered with The Missionaries of Charity as well as other NGO's. Upon returning to Canada they entered a season where the Lord allowed them to hunger after Him and His ways. It was during this time that He firmly placed the call of missions on their hearts.

In September 2010, Kyle and Annie went to Pemba, Mozambique to staff and attend the Harvest Mission School. While there, the Lord laid the nation of Nepal on their hearts, and at the end of the school term they led a team on an outreach to Kathmandu, Nepal. While the outreach was challenging, the Lord remained faithful. After a season of preparation in Canada, Kyle and Annie returned to Nepal in April, 2011, to serve long term. 

While in Nepal they long to do their part in bringing the kingdom of heaven to earth: to minister in the streets and unreached villages, to proclaim that the kingdom is at hand, and let the love of Jesus pour out. Their heart is to follow Jesus wherever He leads and bring His love and light to those who need Him.
